Emphasizing inpatient psychiatric services, you'll manage a designated number of patient encounters per shift and engage in comprehensive treatment approaches during normal business hours.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
- Manage a patient load of 6–10 encounters per shift.
- Utilize various treatment modalities, including pharmacotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy.
- Apply appropriate interventions for acute psychiatric conditions, adhering to CPI training and inpatient protocols.

Qualifications
- Must be MA licensed and board-certified in psychiatry with child and adolescent specialization.
- Required certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS.
- Experience in managing diverse psychiatric disorders, including anxiety, affective, ADHD, personality, eating, development, psychotic, and organic disorders.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Skills
- Expertise in involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application.
- Proficient in pharmacotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and family interactions.
