Practice Details
- Flexible Schedule, typically Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with hour lunch.
- Large BH health team with 5 psychologists both adult and pediatric, 2 psychiatric clinicians 1 MD and 1 PHMNP.
- Possible outreach 1-2 days per week
- Multispecialty group practice including Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Surgery, Podiatry, Urology, Optometry, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Audiology and PT/OT services
- Service region of 55,000
