Job Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Manage patients with conditions including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and personality disorders
  • Develop and oversee pharmacotherapy treatment plans
  • Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary care coordination
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the EMR system
  • Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
  • Completion of accredited Psychiatry residency
  • Active Delaware medical license or ability to obtain
  • DEA and CSR/CDS certification required prior to start
  • BLS certification required
  • Experience with involuntary commitments and psychiatric pharmacotherapy
