Full time
A growing behavioral health program in Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a Psychiatrist to join a collaborative team serving patients across the community. This role focuses on providing comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals and families across the continuum of care in a professional, patient-centered environment.
Position Highlights
• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Primarily outpatient practice with rotating inpatient and emergency department consult coverage
• Collaborative care environment with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and behavioral health support staff
• Access to modern facilities and extensive clinical resources
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
Clinical Responsibilities
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and health screenings
• Prescribe, monitor, and manage psychopharmacologic treatments
• Provide integrated behavioral health services in medical care settings
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, nurse practitioners, and care teams
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary
• Coordinate care with other departments for patients with complex medical and psychiatric conditions
• Promote health, wellness, and disease prevention through patient-centered care

Qualifications
• MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
• ABPP certification preferred but not required
• Child and Adolescent Psychiatry certification preferred but not required
• Successful completion of credentialing prior to practice
Compensation & Benefits
• Base compensation starting at $335,000
