Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Weekend & On Call Requirements: 1:4
Clinical Details:
- Adult Inpatient Unit
- General adult behavioral health unit with 30 beds split between 2 physicians (15 patients per day per provider)
- Total Beds: 63
- Inpatient Physicians: 3
- Outpatient Staffing: 5 physicians and 1 APP at full staffing
- EMR: EPIC
- Safety/Security Measures: 24/7 security guards; all staff attend codes
- Child Psychiatry: Only in crisis unit during weekend call; children are evaluated and transferred to an adolescent facility if admitted
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- ACLS
- NY License
- Clean background
- Must be available Full Time
- A Self-Query NPDB report pulled within the same month
