*Inpatient Psychiatrist opportunity in Central Illinois with a structured Monday–Friday, on-site schedule and no call requirements.
*Focus on adolescent population with manageable caseload of approximately 16 patients per day; option to also treat adults.
*Responsibilities include admissions, daily rounding, patient care management, and multidisciplinary treatment team leadership.
*Employed position offering strong base salary, signing bonus, production incentives, and commencement bonus.
