We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist specializing in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to join our dynamic healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for children and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Document clinical encounters accurately and maintain patient records.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to clinical best practices.

Required Skills:
  • Valid Massachusetts medical license.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry with specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
  • Completion of CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) training specific to children and adolescents.
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in inpatient or outpatient child/adolescent psychiatric settings.
  • Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills.
  • Familiarity with telepsychiatry platforms.
  • Experience with electronic health records systems.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Prior experience in pediatric psychiatric practice or equivalent clinical exposure.
  • Active license and certification in Massachusetts.

Other Requirements:
  • Must possess or obtain CPI training certification specific to pediatric populations.
  • Willingness to adhere to all ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
  • Ability to participate in occasional on-call duties as required.
