TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Perinatal / Reproductive Psychiatrist to join an academic behavioral health program in eastern North Carolina. This position offers a balanced mix of clinical care, teaching, and scholarly activity, supporting prenatal and perinatal behavioral health services within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Call: Phone-only call coverage for nights and weekends (residents take first call)
Academic Appointment: Available
Clinical Responsibilities
Inpatient Services:
Consult services for Emergency Department, Labor & Delivery, and Behavioral Health units
Collaboration with multidisciplinary behavioral health teams
Outpatient Services:
Prenatal and perinatal psychiatric care
Behavioral health clinic coverage
OB/GYN clinic collaboration
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a growing multidisciplinary behavioral health team, including addiction-trained OB/GYN liaisons and collaborative care providers.

Candidate Requirements
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist
Completion of Psychiatry or OB/GYN residency
Fellowship training in Perinatal or Reproductive Psychiatry
Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
