  • Ongoing inpatient psychiatry coverage need
  • Block scheduling with extended time off
  • Established behavioral health unit
Assignment Details Start date October 27, 2025 Ongoing coverage 7 days on 7 days off or 14 days on 14 days off Scheduled clinical hours with call Inpatient setting Clinical Details Adult inpatient behavioral health 16 bed unit Average 12 patients per shift Admissions required Beeper call with 30 minute response Call ratio 1:14 Limited callbacks and consults Cerner EMR RN, tech, and APP support Supervision of APPs required Requirements Board eligible or board certified psychiatry Active Alaska license required BLS Comfort with acute inpatient psychiatry Experience with involuntary commitments Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
