Medical Director of Psychiatry Job – Residential Youth Program
Fully Remote | 2–8 Hours Weekly | Facility is open to Locums or a Permanent provider. We are seeking a Medical Director for our Residential Rehabilitative Services for Youth program, serving individuals ages 16–21. This is a 100% remote, administrative leadership role requiring just 2–8 hours per week. No on-site presence, no direct patient care, and no call required.
Responsibilities:
--Provide medical oversight for the program
--Supervise the on-site RN
--Meet regularly with the Program Director
--Review/sign treatment plans (weekly) and incident reports (monthly)
--Optional participation in treatment team meetings
Qualifications:
--MD or DO licensed in New York State
--Minimum 1 year of experience/training in Substance Use Disorder
--Medicaid-certified provider
--Adolescent experience preferred, not required
--Permanent part-time preferred, locums options available.
