With a significant behavioral health need in the community, the incoming physician will step into an immediate and established patient panel. You will collaborate with a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist already on the team, allowing for clear scope delineation and focused adult care. With no requirement to manage inpatient admissions, a competitive compensation structure, and generous paid time off, this role offers long-term professional stability and personal flexibility.
