We’re hiring a Psychiatrist in Melbourne, Florida who wants meaningful clinical impact, leadership growth potential, and strong earning stability.

You’ll step into a behavioral health role blending outpatient and inpatient care. Outpatient services require 1,100 patient care hours annually, while inpatient volume averages approximately 15 patients per day depending on unit census. Telehealth for outpatient care may be available. Supervision of residents is optional, and leadership development is supported.

You’ll practice in Melbourne, Florida, a coastal community known for its beaches, relaxed lifestyle, and growing healthcare presence, offering both professional opportunity and personal balance.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $250,000 to $300,000 annually
