TAG MedStaffing is hiring an Outpatient Psychiatrist in Philadelphia, PA with our client. This outpatient role focuses on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care for adult patients in a collaborative clinical environment. The ideal candidate holds an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license and is Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry, and will partner closely with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered mental health care.

- Psychiatric Evaluations: Conduct initial assessments, biopsychosocial evaluations, and annual reevaluations to determine diagnoses and treatment needs.
- Medication Management: Provide psychopharmacological treatment, monitor medication response, and adjust plans as clinically appropriate.
- Clinical Leadership: Guide treatment planning and support the outpatient team in delivering coordinated, evidence-based care.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with therapists, nurses, and case managers to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with state, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license required.
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
- Experience: Outpatient or community mental health experience, with the ability to manage a wide range of adult clinical presentations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with EMR systems and thorough clinical documentation.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong diagnostic and medication management skills with excellent communication and the ability to manage a caseload independently.
