Required Skills:
- Valid medical license to practice psychiatry in Pennsylvania
- Board certification in psychiatry preferred
- Proven experience in psychiatric assessment and treatment planning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of state and federal mental health regulations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Prior work in inpatient or outpatient mental health settings
- Familiarity with behavioral health programs and community resources
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in psychiatry
- Current DEA registration and state medical license
Other Requirements:
- On-site presence one day per week, flexible as per candidate preference
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards
- Reimbursement for travel and certification expenses when applicable
