Job description Introduction:
We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join our growing outpatient practice. This role is based in a modern outpatient setting with strong operational support and a collaborative care team. The position emphasizes evidence-based treatment, clinical autonomy, and consistent scheduling while supporting professional growth.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform psychiatric evaluations while maintaining accurate, compliant clinical documentation
- Diagnose and manage conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and related disorders
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans with medication management
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including administering TMS and Spravato treatments
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support high-quality patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families and contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best practices

Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Psychiatry strongly preferred; Board Eligible candidates considered
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas
- Experience treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD
- Experience with TMS and Spravato or willingness to be trained
