Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric physician for a travel locum assignment in Vermont. This role involves providing primary medical care to residents in a long-term care setting. The position offers a predictable weekday schedule with no call and a manageable daily patient census, supported by an experienced onsite APP and nursing team.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage chronic conditions and routine medical needs
• Collaborate with onsite APP and nursing staff
• Be available for consultation with APP as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active Vermont medical license or IMLC eligibility
• Active DEA required
• Comfortable practicing in a long-term care setting
Working Hours
• 8-hour shifts
• No call
• Assignment duration: May through August
Skills
