We are seeking a Locum Psychiatrist to provide part-time inpatient coverage in 2026 with sporadic ongoing dates available.

• Sporadic weekday coverage in 2026

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Call: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM (unrestricted call if able)

• Setting: Inpatient Psychiatric Department

• Average Patients Per Day: 12

• Total Beds: 27

• Psychiatrists in Group: 5

• APP Support: 6 Psychiatric NPs

• Psychologists: None

• Supervision Required: Yes (Psychiatric NP)

• Referral Sources: Primarily from local Emergency Departments

• Safety Measures: Staff duress system and 24/7 security

• Pediatric Patients: None

• EMR: Epic

• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 3 months (ASAP need)

✅ Submission Requirements

• Board Certified in Psychiatry – REQUIRED

• Active Michigan License – REQUIRED

• BLS – REQUIRED

• Must be available for the listed dates – REQUIRED (no exceptions)
