- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 16-18 patients per shift. We are seeking one additional locum provider to start as soon as possible, preferably before March, for coverage from January through August with approximately 20–22 shifts per month. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no call or night shifts, plus one weekend per month from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch for an eight-hour day). This is not a 7-on/7-off schedule, and candidates requesting that schedule should not be submitted. Epic experience is required. Board-eligible candidates are accepted but must obtain board certification within five years of residency completion. Any anticipated overtime must receive prior approval.

Job Responsibilities
* Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients according to clinical guidelines.
* Document all patient encounters accurately and timely in Epic.
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
* Adhere to organizational policies, safety standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
* Board-certified or board-eligible, with board certification required within five years of residency completion.
* Eligible for hospital or facility credentialing.
* Prior experience using Epic EMR is required.
Working Hours
* Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no call or night shifts.
* One weekend per month, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
