Job Description:
Compensation : $272000 - $300000 Job ID : 42437
Job Function:
- 70-bed inpatient unit staffed by 7 psychiatrists, resulting in a manageable 10-bed patient load.
- Strong support structure: each psychiatrist works with a resident and a dedicated social worker, with only ~2 patients managed solo.
- Schedule: 8:00–4:00 or 8:30–4:30, predictable and well-balanced.
- Highly team-oriented culture with robust clinical resources and ample support across the unit.
Job Requirements:
- BE/BC in Psychiatry.
- NY State License (or eligibility).
- Strong interest in team-based inpatient psychiatry.
