For almost 60 years, Washington County Mental Health Services has delivered compassionate, community-based care for individuals facing mental illness, substance use, and developmental disabilities. We are welcoming a Medical Director to lead the agency's strategic vision for excellence in client care. Scope:
• Lead psychiatric programming, strategic planning, and service integration across divisions while ensuring compliance with state regulations
• Oversee a small team of psychiatrists and APRNs; provide consultation on complex cases and crisis services
• Manage psychiatric operations, staffing, budgets, and clinical protocols
• Represent the agency in state, healthcare system, and community partnerships to enhance psychiatric services and outcomes.
Benefits:
• Fixed salary up to $300,000

Qualifications:
