Make a Meaningful Impact in Inpatient Psychiatry

We’re seeking a compassionate, Indiana-licensed psychiatrist to provide high-quality psychiatric care in a well-supported adult inpatient behavioral health setting. This opportunity is ideal for physicians who want to focus on patient care without the administrative burden of private practice.
Role Overview
- Provide direct psychiatric care to adult patients in an inpatient setting- Typical caseload of 12–16 patients per day
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (some flexibility available)
- Primarily inpatient responsibilities with occasional PHP/IOP or telepsychiatry coverage
- Collaborate closely with a full-time nurse practitioner
- Supported by utilization review and social work
- Participate in daily interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
Clinical & Operational Support
- Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage- Clinician wellness and referral programs
- Clinical support including MIPS guidance, billing and coding education, and access to experienced clinical educators
- Established infrastructure with strong back-office and local management support
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in psychiatry- Active (or eligible) Indiana medical license
