Are you a BE/BC Psychiatrist seeking an outpatient-focused role with a predictable schedule, no call, and the support of a growing, multidisciplinary team?
We are seeking a full-time Outpatient Psychiatrist to join a well-established, multi-specialty group practice. This position offers the opportunity to focus on high-quality adult outpatient psychiatry within a collaborative environment, while maintaining excellent work–life balance.
What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care for adult patients (ages 18+)
Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
Educate patients and families on available mental health treatment options
Coordinate care with internal providers and local community support resources
Serve as an inpatient psychiatric consultant during business hours as requested
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered mental health care

No after-hours, weekend, or on-call responsibilities

Who We’re Looking For
MD or DO with completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (BC preferred)
Active Minnesota medical license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
