Introduction:
We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join our growing outpatient practice. In this role, you will provide psychiatric services in a modern clinical setting, supported by a collaborative team and robust operational resources. The position offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population while maintaining a structured schedule and a focus on evidence-based treatment. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for patients ages 16–90
- Diagnose and treat a variety of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and related disorders
- Develop and manage individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide medication management and therapeutic interventions
- Administer and oversee TMS and Spravato treatments
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold best practices in psychiatric care
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Psychiatry strongly preferred; Board Eligible candidates may be considered
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas
- Experience treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD
- Experience with or willingness to provide TMS and Spravato treatments
