Join a mission-driven behavioral health team in Johnson City, Tennessee, providing high-impact psychological care to older adults in a collaborative post-acute/long-term care setting. This full-time, 4-day-per-week role offers autonomy, stability, and strong earning potential—all with no nights or weekends.
Position Overview:
• Full-time schedule: 4 days/week
• No evenings or weekends
• Ability to design your own daily schedule
• Practice autonomously while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Unlimited earning potential: $98,538–$116,305+ annually, uncapped productivity
Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with nursing, medical, and therapy teams to support patient well-being
• Make a meaningful impact on the mental health of older adults
Qualifications:
• PhD or PsyD in Psychology
• Active Tennessee psychologist license with independent practice/billing ability
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Passion for serving older adult populations
