Inpatient Psychiatry opening in West Burlington, Iowa
About Position:
Full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Inpatient Psychiatrist.
This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, team-oriented physician to make an impact from day one on our Behavioral Health Team
You will join a well-respected team including five board-certified physicians, 2 MHNP’s, one psychologist, six counselors and experienced nursing, office and support staff
8-bed inpatient floor in West Burlington; 12-bed in Fort Madison, BHAT's in both ED's
24/7board-certified ED and IM physicians staffing the hospital for seamless care coordination
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation and benefit package includes $359k+ income guarantee, based on 182 shifts per year.
$185/hr for coverage over 182 shifts
$50k commencement bonus and $15k for relocation
