A respected regional healthcare system in Northwest Florida is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrists (MD/DO) to join its expanding behavioral health team. Opportunities are available in inpatient psychiatry, consultation-liaison psychiatry, and partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient (PHP/IOP) settings. This position combines meaningful clinical practice with the opportunity to contribute to graduate medical education in a supportive and collegial environment.
Position Highlights
Roles available in inpatient psychiatry, consult-liaison psychiatry, and PHP/IOP care.
Serve as core faculty for a new psychiatry residency program in partnership with a major Florida medical school.
Academic rank determined by experience and scholarly achievement.
Flexible Monday–Friday schedule to promote work-life balance.

About the Behavioral Health Program
The affiliated behavioral health center is a dedicated 70+ bed facility offering inpatient psychiatry, consult-liaison services, electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), and expanding group-based outpatient programs. It provides 24-hour care for adults requiring acute stabilization in a confidential, therapeutic environment with private rooms, an occupational therapy department, and full medical support.
