University of Texas Health San Antonio-Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences is seeking a full-time General Psychiatrist to join its faculty at the Joe R. & Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine.
Located in the beautiful and welcoming community of San Antonio, this role provides candidates the chance to be part of a strong academic department that provides opportunities beyond clinical work. Position Details:
- This position is split between providing outpatient services and inpatient consult liaison services
- Research opportunities available
- Opportunity for residency program involvement

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be board-certified/board-eligible
- Consult liaison experience is required
- Spanish language skills desired, but not required

The Joe R. & Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio is the largest training ground of physicians in South Texas. The school annually educates more than 900 students, trains 800 residents and is a world leader in fields of research such as Alzheimer’s, cancer, diabetes, kidney disease and more.
