Chinle is the closest town to Canyon de Chelly and visitors to the city will no doubt want to take in its splendor. Taking a hike to the White House Ruins or Spider Rock offers spectators and thrill seekers a wealth of breathtaking sights. Sports fans will want to check out the Wild Cat Den where local basketball is a competitive favorite.

- Coverage Dates (Long-term only): 1/2/2023 – 12/31/2023
- Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Patients per Day/Volume: 8-15
- Will license while credentialing (Yes or No): Any unrestricted state license
