Job Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to adult patients - Serve as a Medical Director/Attending, guiding inpatient treatment protocols - Conduct follow-up evaluations and manage patient treatment plans - Participate in one weekend of inpatient rounding per month
Qualifications - Must be Board Certified in Psychiatry - Valid California medical license - BLS certification required - Strong inpatient psychiatry experience required
Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM - One weekend per month, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (rounding only)
Skills - Proficiency in managing anxiety, affective, ADD/ADHD, personality, and psychotic disorders - Preferred experience in eating and developmental disorders - Familiarity with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application is preferred - Expertise in pharmacotherapy, with preferred skills in group and family therapy
