Position Overview:
Join a respected behavioral health team in Charlottesville, VA, providing psychological care to older adults in long-term care settings. This role offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical autonomy, and a supportive environment that allows you to focus on patient care—not paperwork.
Compensation:
• Estimated base salary: $110,000–$206,000 annually
• No cap on productivity income potential
