Required Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with current psychiatric license in Pennsylvania
- Proven experience in dual diagnoses, mental health, and intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of community-based treatment approaches
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with ABH or similar state programs
- Additional certifications in psychiatry or mental health modalities
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
- Prior experience in community mental health settings or with dual diagnosis populations
Other Requirements:
- Availability to commit to in-person presence at least one day per month in sight of the facility
- Willingness to attend weekly morning meetings on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- Flexibility to work various shifts within the 07:00 - 19:00 timeframe
- Ability to be in the community setting and perform in-home visits when required
- Valid medical license in Pennsylvania and current malpractice insurance coverage
