Medical Director – Psychiatry - Fort Wayne, IN
Join a leading behavioral health hospital in Fort Wayne, IN, as a Medical Director and Full-Time Psychiatrist. Provide compassionate, high-quality inpatient psychiatric care for adult and geriatric patients while also leading the medical staff and supporting quality initiatives.
Position Highlights:
- Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm with flexibility)
- Inpatient caseload of 12–16 patients/day
- Occasional PHP/IOP and telepsychiatry consults
- Serve as on-site medical director and liaison with hospital administration
- Optional: after-hours/weekend call and NP supervision
