Opportunity Highlights
• Schedule: ASAP start, Mon–Fri, 8-hour SP shifts; 4–5-day flexibility
• Job Setting: Outpatient memory/cognitive neurology clinics (Sutter Sacramento or Roseville)
• Types of Cases: Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, cognitive impairment, memory evaluations only
• Credentialing: 30-60 days; temporary privileges may apply
Minimum Requirements for Consideration
• Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC Only – Neurology with Memory/Cognitive/Behavioral subspecialty
• Licensure: Active CA medical license & DEA
