- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 16-18 patients per shift. The need is for local providers who can work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with no call or night requirements, plus one weekend per month with the same hours and an unpaid 30-minute lunch. This is not a 7-on/7-off schedule, and candidates seeking only that model should not be submitted. The assignment runs from January through August, averaging 20–22 shifts per month, and any anticipated overtime must be approved in advance. Epic experience is required, and board-eligible providers are acceptable but must obtain certification within five years of completing residency.

Job Responsibilities
• Work one weekend per month with standard daytime hours
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflow within Epic
• Deliver consistent coverage throughout the January–August assignment
Qualifications
• Board-Eligible candidates accepted but must obtain certification within five years of residency
• Preference given to local providers
• Active and unrestricted medical license
Working Hours
