Job Description:
Compensation : $245000 - $300000 Job ID : 36061
Job Function:
Provide comprehensive psychiatric services to both adult and pediatric patients, including routine care and crisis intervention.
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, perform medication assessments and adjustments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Educate patients on treatment plans and ensure continuity of care through ongoing clinical assessments and monitoring.
Collaborate in the development, review, and improvement of clinical and agency policies and procedures.
Maintain responsibility for developing and implementing individualized care plans for all assigned patients.
Cooperate with an interdisciplinary team including primary care providers, social workers, and counselors to ensure integrated, holistic care for patients.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and agency standards.
Job Requirements:
- CT State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required.
- Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Required.
- Bilingual language skills in Spanish preferred, but not required.
