This facility needs a Mission-driven Psychiatrist seeking clinical autonomy, thoughtful pacing, and meaningful impact working with individuals and families
*Deliver psychiatric care in community-based settings where relationship-driven, recovery-oriented care is the priority - not volume.
*This is a full-time outpatient role embedded within multidisciplinary teams in the Bronx and Manhattan, with protected time for collaboration, learning, and professional development.
• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday 9:00–5:00 (35 hours/week plus lunch)
• Low caseloads and minimal documentation burden, allowing adequate time per patient
• High level of clinical autonomy and creativity within a recovery-oriented care model
