Outpatient Psychiatrist – Greater Atlanta (Hybrid | Full-Time)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days telehealth)
Estimated Pay Range: $360,000 – $410,000

Position Overview
We are actively recruiting for a passionate Outpatient Psychiatrist in the Atlanta area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing behavioral health organization committed to transforming mental health care by making it more accessible, affordable, and effective.
This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule and a strong work-life balance — no nights, weekends, or on-call duties. Both residents nearing program completion and experienced Psychiatrists are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities
No Nights, No Weekends, No On-Call
After-hours urgent support available to protect work-life balance.
Hybrid Work Schedule
Typically, 3 days onsite and 2 days via telehealth (flexible 4-day work week available).
More in-person days expected initially while building a patient caseload.
Collaborative Team Environment
Be part of an integrated care model with prescribers, therapists, and support staff working together to ensure high-quality care.
Evidence-Based Approach
Providers utilize outcome measurement tools, ensuring over 75% of patients experience clinical improvement within three months of treatment.

Competitive Base Salary with quality and outcomes-based bonus potential (no earnings cap)
Additional compensation for APP supervision
CME Allowance: 4 days and up to $4,000 annually

Qualifications
Active Medical License in Georgia (Open for Relocation candidates)
Active DEA and Controlled Substance License
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
Comfortable treating a diverse range of patients (age and case type)
Interest in or experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs)
Open to residents, fellows, and experienced psychiatrists
