Position Overview:
This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality outpatient psychiatric care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and dedicated to improving mental health outcomes for patients across the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for outpatient clients
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experienced psychiatric providers and support staff
* Utilize Epic EMR for efficient coordination of care across inpatient and outpatient settings
* Maintain a minimal call schedule, supporting work-life balance and professional satisfaction
Work Schedule:
* Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* No regular weekend or overnight call obligations
Qualifications:
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
* Eligible for or currently holds Missouri medical licensure
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
