Victory Clinic is seeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join our growing interventional psychiatry program in Colorado Springs, CO. This is a rare chance to practice cutting-edge treatment modalities—TMS and SPRAVATO®—in a fully outpatient, well-supported environment while enjoying true work-life balance. Full training is provided.
The Position:
• Guide treatment planning and oversee TMS and SPRAVATO® services (full training provided)
• 100% outpatient role - no call, no nights, no weekends
• Participate in clinical oversight, team training, and protocol development
• Strong team culture and full admin support
Compensation:
• Competitive base salary + Medical Director stipend
• Full benefits (health, dental, vision, malpractice)

• CME allowance
• Relocation assistance available
• Paid training in TMS and SPRAVATO® protocols
