Job description
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinical department. The Clinical Director will provide leadership, clinical supervision, and strategic direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care. This individual will manage staff, implement policies and procedures, and collaborate across departments to enhance patient outcomes.
- Manage and supervise clinical staff and operations.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with state, accreditation, and agency standards.
- Oversee quality assurance, audits, and client outcomes.
- Support staff development through supervision and training.
- Collaborate with leadership and community partners for integrated care.
- Master's/Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Counselings, or related field.
- Active Ohio license
- 3+ years behavioural health experience, including leadership.
- Strong knowledge of mental health, SUD, and trauma-informed care.
