Psychiatry Locums Physician in Texas - No Call or Weekends
Corrections-based Psychiatry assignment near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) with flexible hours and long-term potential.

Practice Setting
- Brand-new correctional facility (opens Sept 2025)
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
- Supported by psychiatric mid-levels
- Security-cleared clinical environment
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
- Shift flexibility: 6:30a-3p or 9:30a-6p
- Only considering full-time candidates
Cases and Procedures
- Psych, physical, and neurological exams
- Involvement in due process for admissions/medication
- Forensic experience helpful but not required
Requirements
- Board Certified or Eligible (within 5 years) in Psychiatry
- Active Texas license or IMLC LOQ
- DEA and BLS required
