About the Opportunity
A well-established behavioral health group in New Haven, Connecticut, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist to join its growing team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients with a wide range of mental health conditions

Prescribe and manage appropriate psychotropic medications

Conduct follow-up visits to monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments
-
Collaborate closely with psychologists, therapists, advanced practice providers, and support staff to deliver high-quality, integrated care

Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Educate patients and families about treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and preventive strategies
