This is a permanent, onsite inpatient role with predictable weekday hours, giving you the time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime only

• No nights, no weekends, no call

• Setting: 99-bed inpatient behavioral health unit

• Support: Strong team of advanced practice providers & collaborative colleagues

• EMR: WellSky

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver inpatient psychiatric care across a diverse patient population (anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and more)

• Lead treatment planning, pharmacotherapy, and care coordination

• Manage involuntary commitments when required

• Collaborate with a dedicated, multidisciplinary care team

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (within 0–5 years)

• Delaware license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA and BLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
