100% Outpatient
ASAP – Ongoing
Hybrid Module accepted w/min 2 days in-house-3 days in house preferred
Full time M-F, 8:30am – 5pm
No Call, No weekend
Total # patients: 15-18 pts /day – 30-60 min. for first visit with med mgmt and 60 min for evals
Types of Cases: Anxiety and depression
