Psychiatrist Opportunity – Tulsa, OK (with some telemedicine coverage for Muskogee site) Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist Full-Time Position Responsibilities: • Provide psychiatric consultations for adult patients (in-person and telemedicine) • Deliver high-quality psychiatric care in an inpatient setting • Participate in on-call rotations (1–2 nights every other week, no weekends required) • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team • Maintain documentation and charting in compliance with standards • Stay current on psychiatric practices and treatment protocols Required Qualifications: • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist (new graduates welcome; consult experience preferred) • Comfortable with telemedicine • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to provide psychiatric care across a wide range of adult patient needs • Willingness to adapt to evolving telemedicine services Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with psychiatric consults • Experience in telepsychiatry or willingness to develop telemedicine skills • Ability to work collaboratively with advanced practice providers and other healthcare professionals Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary plus RVU-based productivity bonus • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement) • Relocation assistance • Commencement bonus Additional Information: • Office space provided on-site in Tulsa • Telemedicine coverage available for Muskogee patients • Full-time position with stable schedule • No weekend shifts; on-call 1–2 nights every other week with no in-hospital requirement
