Perm- Psychiatrist Opportunity in Beautiful Lakefront Ashtabula, OH – Outpatient Only + Bonus (MF)

We are a thriving multi-specialty group practice affiliated with the prestigious Cleveland Clinic, serving a diverse population in northeastern Ohio. Our outpatient psychiatric team works closely with employed and affiliated primary care physicians, ensuring a well-defined referral base and collaborative care.

As the only full-service hospital in Ashtabula County (population ~98,000), ARMC is a Joint Commission-accredited community hospital recognized nationally by Leap Frog and Health Grades for quality and patient safety. Our providers benefit from a fully integrated EMR system (EPIC) shared across the Cleveland Clinic Health System.

Position Details:
Full-time outpatient psychiatrist role, onsite only (no telemedicine)
Reasonable on-call duties
Must reside within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
Open to J-1 and H-1B visa candidates
Locum candidates not accepted

Requirements:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain prior to start
DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start)
Willingness to live within a 40-mile radius or relocate
Visa support required. Please specify (J-1 or H-1B)

Compensation & Benefits:
Market-competitive salary following MGMA guidelines
Guaranteed salary for years 1 and 2, transitioning to productivity-based salary in year 3 (based on post-training experience)
