Psychiatry Opportunities – Phoenix, Arizona

Multiple opportunities are available for Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrists to join a robust behavioral health team with both inpatient and outpatient needs. These positions offer a blend of clinical practice and academic involvement, with faculty appointments available.

Inpatient Psychiatry (4 Openings):

  • Monday–Friday schedule; capped caseload of 10 patients
  • Average length of stay: 3 weeks
  • Most patients are adult, court-ordered evaluation or treatment
  • Flexible daily end times once workload is complete
  • Minimal call – approx. one night/month backup rotation (covered by residents)

Outpatient Psychiatry (1 Opening):

  • Brand-new clinic space
  • Schedule options: 4x10 or 5x8-hour days
  • Panel size ~300 adults; 1-hour evaluations, 30-minute follow-ups
  • Minimal on-call; after-hours covered and paid as moonlighting
  • Strong interdisciplinary support team (case managers, coordinators, peer support, nurses, MAs, administrative staff, night coverage)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $255,000 base salary + additional moonlighting opportunities
  • $25,000 sign-on bonus
  • PSLF loan forgiveness eligible
