We are seeking a full-time inpatient psychiatrist to join a leading behavioral health hospital in Washington, DC. • Call: Minimal to none
• Patient Volume: Adult and addiction inpatients
• Location: Washington, DC
• Practice Setting: Inpatient psychiatric hospital
• Support / Care Team: Multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, therapists
• EMR / Technology: Cerner electronic medical record system
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care including medication management and psychotherapy to adult patients with mental health and substance use disorders
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
• Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities including assessments, treatment planning, and patient follow-up
• Document clinical activities accurately using the hospital’s EMR system
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $275,000–$350,000 plus sign-on and relocation bonuses
• Sign-on / Relocation: Available

Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active or eligible medical license in Washington, DC
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
