COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)

• BASE: $325K-$400K Per experience - No state tax
• Relocation $30,000
• Sign on bonus - 10% of base salary
• Retention bonus 10% of annual salary at 2-year mark
• Student Loan Repayment: ISH, NHSC, AK Sharp Program
• Guaranteed yearly salary Increases
• PTO: 400 hours carry over/or cash payout of not used 2X’s yearly/Time off increases with tenure.
• PLUS: 13 Paid holidays
• CME: 5 days + allowance

• Paid gym membership: Free hour to use during work time.

• We are focused on approaches that are trauma informed, systems based, and person-centered. We serve adults, ages 18 and older, and provide individual psychotherapy, medication management, group therapy, and couples therapy.
• 1.5-hour intakes
• 4- or 5-day work week your choice.
• No weekends, no call
• Team will consist of (RN, therapist, scheduler and case managers.)
• Patient base is predominantly Alaska Natives and some non-beneficiaries.
