Psychologist Opportunity - Multidisciplinary Team Environment
* Located in Middletown, NY - NYC 70m
* Full-Time, permanent position | Variable Shifts (Including Weekends & On-Call)*
Position Highlights
* Full-time clinical psychologist position
* Rotating schedule with days, evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call
* Integral member of a collaborative psychiatric care team
* Opportunities to work across inpatient and outpatient settings
* Focus on comprehensive mental health care for diverse populations
Primary Responsibilities
* Conduct psychological assessments and psychotherapy
* Provide family education and support
* Lead or participate in support groups and behavioral interventions
* Contribute to behavioral management and crisis intervention
* Design and implement programs to meet psychiatric patients’ psychosocial needs
* Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and consultants
* Participate in in-service education for staff and trainees
Compensation & Benefits
* Annual salary range: $104,170 - $122,391 (per NY salary transparency laws)
* Additional compensation may include differentials, incentives, and bonuses

Ideal Candidate
* Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology
* Licensed Psychologist in New York State
* Certified in New York State Infection Control
* Experience working with psychiatric populations strongly preferred
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic clinical setting
